Our position
Pakistani real estate doesn't lack listings. It lacks accountability.
Most portals reward volume. A file gets uploaded, a price gets invented, and the buyer spends months discovering what wasn't disclosed. We took the opposite route: fewer properties, each one verified on title, society dues, approvals and possession before it is published.
Our advisors are senior, salaried, and accountable for outcomes rather than clicks. That means you'll sometimes hear that a property you like is overpriced, or that a society you're excited about hasn't delivered on its last three milestones.
The result is slower marketing and faster closings — clients transact once they trust the number in front of them.
